# Handleiding: Ubeeo kopppelen met jobmatix

## Volg deze drie stappen om de Ubeeo-integratie te activeren en de Easy Apply functionaliteit te verifiëren.

 

### **Stap 1: Systeemconfiguratie & Authenticatie**

Breng de initiële verbinding tussen het platform en Ubeeo tot stand.

1. Navigeer binnen het platform naar het tabblad **Settings / ATS**.
2. Vul de volgende gegevens in: 
     - **Client ID**
     - **Client Secret (Key)**
3. Klik op de knop **Verbinden**.

### **Stap 2: Mapping van het ATS Vacature-ID**

Zorg dat de vacatures in het platform correct gekoppeld zijn aan de vacatures in Ubeeo via de XML-feed.

1. **Identificeer het ID:** Zoek in de XML-importfeed naar het veld job\_id (of een vergelijkbaar veld dat het unieke ID van Ubeeo bevat).
2. **Veld koppelen:** Ga naar de importinstellingen en map dit veld aan **ATS vacature ID** (te vinden onder 'Optionele velden').
3. **Synchroniseren:** Klik op het **'Play'-icoon** om de feed opnieuw in te laden en de ID's te verwerken.

### **Stap 3: Easy Apply Test uitvoeren**

Controleer of de workflow technisch correct functioneert voordat je de campagnes activeert.

1. Ga terug naar het tabblad **Settings / ATS**.
2. Scroll naar beneden naar de sectie **Easy Apply Test**.
3. Vul de gevraagde testwaardes in (deze mogen fictief zijn).
4. Klik op **Verstuur test**.
5. **Verificatie:** Log in bij **Ubeeo** en controleer of de test-sollicitatie succesvol is binnengekomen.

**Resultaat:** Komt de sollicitatie juist binnen? Dan is de koppeling succesvol voltooid en kun je Easy Apply activeren in je campagnes.
